I know I haven't been updating for so long, and you guys are most certainly tired of hearing the same "Music of the Week" for at least 4 weeks....my apologies.
Anyway, so three weeks ago I had a prospective internship interview with a stock trading company in Burlingame, CA. Apparently, the company is located right across the street from my boyfriend's office. Long story short, they liked me and invited me for a 3-month internship. And I got paid pretty generously too (I say this because I know not all of my colleagues get paid in their internships)! The whole process of submitting my resume online via Yahoo! Hot Jobs until I got an offer is EXACTLY one week. That just showed how hard my mom prayed for me. Really.
Not to mention I immediately got a place to live and that I already had a car to travel. Everything just fell into place very nicely. That's God's hands for you.
So, I received my first salary last Friday, and I am continuing my exciting life here in the Bay area. I even got to have a jam session with Da Band, too, so I really am so blessed. And now I just lazed around watching a boy Shakira got a 2nd round Vegas ticket in "America's Got Talent".
God really has mysterious plans. God bless you all.
